Job Summary
- As a Business Analyst at Winfomi, you will work closely with our sales team and other business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements.
- You will play a key role in translating business needs into detailed functional specifications for our Salesforce CRM system.
- Your expertise will contribute to improving sales processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and other business teams to gather and document detailed requirements for the Salesforce CRM system.
- Analyze and evaluate existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications that outline how the Salesforce CRM system should function to meet business needs, ensuring the highest level of expertise in the implementation.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of the specified requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity in all aspects of the process.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the CRM system meets the defined specifications and delivers innovative solutions to our sales team.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to provide insights into sales performance and support data-driven decision-making, leveraging your expertise in data analysis.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Salesforce CRM system, displaying your expertise in conveying complex information in an easily understandable manner.
- Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and productivity, all while upholding our core values of innovation and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (2-4 Yrs) preferably with a focus on Salesforce or other CRM systems, demonstrating your expertise in this domain.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams, showcasing your expertise in this area.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, further highlighting your expertise in the field.
- Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications and process documentation, displaying your expertise in translating complex concepts into clear, innovative solutions.
- Solid data analysis skills and the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights, further exemplifying your expertise in data-driven decision-making.
