  • Error Logging for Failure Handling: To handle any potential failures during the communication process, we implemented an error log object. This allowed us to log and track any errors encountered, facilitating easier debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Tracking for Reporting Purposes: We incorporated functionality to track all calls and SMS messages initiated from within Salesforce. This feature provided valuable insights for reporting purposes, enabling the client to analyze customer behavior and event participation.
